Purpzilla

Purpzilla is a feminized photoperiod three-way cross of Purple Urkle, Candyman and Godzilla, bred by Captain Red Beard.

Purple Urkle is the purple genetic doing most of the work in the name and, on the evidence of the rest of Captain Red Beard’s catalog, in the breeding programme too — three of their eight packs sit in the purple family. Purple Urkle also appears elsewhere in the Dark Coast catalog as a partner to Sin City’s Key Lime Pie in Lime Urkle, which makes an interesting comparison if you want to see what the same purple parent does against a citrus mother rather than a candy one.

Captain Red Beard works in small batches and Dark Coast carries two live packs against six that have sold out — the rest are in Past Drops, including Oregon Grapes and Forbidden Fruity Pebbles, both purple-line releases.
