Royal Runtz is a feminized photoperiod cross of Gelato and Zkittlez, bred by Royal Queen Seeds, with a published terpene profile of candy and fruity.

Gelato x Zkittlez is the Runtz cross. Our Runtz strain history covers how that pairing became the most influential strain of the last decade and spawned 400-plus documented descendants — several of which are elsewhere in this catalog, including Villainess’s Psychotik Punch and Sin City’s Z Lime Pie, both of which carry Zkittlez or Runtz on one side.

Gelato contributes the dessert-cream half and Zkittlez the candy-fruit half; Zkittlez is also the mother side of Sin City’s Z Lime Pie and of the Bluntz line, which is how one Zkittlez cut ended up behind so much of the modern exotic catalog.
