The best way to contact us is to email us directly at info@DarkCoastSeed.com or by using our contact form. You can also join our Discord server or Instagram! If we have not replied within 24 hours, please reach out again.

When will my order be shipped?

After payment is received, your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

What payment options are available?

We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards via WAAVE, CashApp and all major cryptocurrencies. ** If paying with Crypto or CashApp, we will reach out to you as soon as possible after you place your order for payment. If payment is not received within 24 hours of contact, the order will be cancelled. **

How long will it be before I get a refund?

If a refund is to happen, most refunds will be requested within 1-3 business days. After the refund is requested, it may take 7-10 business days until you see the refund in your account.

Do you ship internationally?

We are temporarily suspending international shipments at this time for any card transactions. We hope to be back soon! Please email us for more information.

I have a problem with my delivery. What should I do?

Please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number prior to reaching out to us. If they are unable to assist you, please reach out to us and we will attempt to get the issue resolved. Most tracking numbers take 24-48 hours to update once received. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered through the shipping provider.

I have not received any emails about order status or account registration. What now?

We do our best to make sure that our emails don't go to your junk folder. On occasion, it still happens. Please check your junk folder before contacting us. If you can't find it there, please reach out to us and we will try to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
