Our Policy

Seeds are sold as souvenirs, and collectibles only. Every seed on this site contains less than 0.3% THC and are considered hemp seeds by law. It is imperative that you check your state and local laws before attempting to purchase seeds; we are not liable for what you do with seeds after receiving them. Dark Coast LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 We do not process refunds unless there was an error in shipping or product costs. All sales are considered final.

 If your package was damaged in transit, please contact us and we will help you get it taken care of as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit or seized by customs in the destination country. *International orders via card payment currently suspended.
