What is Covered?
Theft from Porches or Mailboxes: If a package is delivered to the correct address and is later stolen, this is not covered by our shipping insurance.
Theft from a Business or Apartment Office: If a package is delivered to a reception desk, leasing office, or package locker and is subsequently stolen, this is not covered.
Theft after Delivery: Any theft that occurs after the carrier’s delivery scan is outside the scope of this policy.
To file a claim for a lost package, please follow these steps:

Verification Period: We will initiate a formal trace with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to 15 business days, but we will typically initiate contact within 48 hours.
Claim Approval: If the carrier confirms the package is lost and cannot be located, we will approve your claim and process your reimbursement.
