After payment is received, your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. 

We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards via WAAVE and Bitcoin.  ** If paying with Bitcoin, we will reach out to you as soon as possible after you place your order for payment. If payment is not received within 24 hours of contact, the order will be cancelled. **  

Not at this time. We are currently only shipping within the United States. 

Please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number prior to reaching out to us. If they are unable to assist you, please reach out to us and we will attempt to get the issue resolved. Most tracking numbers take 24-48 hours to update once received. We are not responsible for stolen packages that are marked as delivered through the shipping provider.

We do our best to make sure that our emails don’t go to your junk folder. On occasion, it still happens. Please check your junk folder before contacting  us.  If you can’t find it there, please reach out to us and we will try to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
